S/S 21 – LAPPLAND TO PALM SPRINGS
The entry collection kicking off S/S 21 in January is inspired by the grand nature of the Big North, and in particular the unique landscapes of Swedish Lappland with its dazzling lakes and rivers. A series of soft pastel blue and green colors has been used, evoking the transparency and shimmer of the legendary Nordic spring water. Natural and authentic tones of color such as natural heather grey, misty light-green and grey-blue are prominent throughout the collection.
The follow-up collection in February takes its inspiration from the vibrant color palette reminiscent of the iconic villas of Palm Springs in the late 60s and early 70s. A collection that shows that abundance of color can be vivid, masculine and chic when used in the right way.
The retro stripes of sunchairs and parasols as seen along Palm Spring pools “à la Hockney” also have an important role throughout the swimwear and sportswear collection, whether as full prints or used in small but crucial details.
BLACK & WHITE
The Black & White collection, also called Urban Evening Sport brings Ron Dorff back to its origins and its obsession with the color black. The classic RD models are reinterpreted in new, noble fabrics using only black and white, whether striped or plain, for a timeless, urban chic collection. The collection will be available gradually throughout the S/S 21.
